Reviews and Ratings <br />
I attended a conference at the hotel and found the facilities quite good, with particularly exceptional service from staff like Kelly. However, my experience was marred by a lack of attention at check-in and during my breakfast service, which was served in a rather unappealing way. Overall, it seems they provide a nice atmosphere for meetings but could improve their front desk and dining experiences.
I had a mixed experience at the Village Hotel. While I appreciated the spacious room and friendly atmosphere during the celebration, the dining service was quite slow, and the quality of the food didn't meet my expectations. The location is great for gatherings, but enhancements in management and staff training are certainly needed to ensure a smoother experience overall.
I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The facilities, especially the bar and restaurant, are fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere where it’s easy to unwind. The staff, particularly Nick and Sarah, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool during my short stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I found great value for my visit, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.
This hotel tries to exude a trendy vibe but has quite a few areas that need attention. While the room was modern and spacious, the check-in process and the cleanliness of common areas left a lot to be desired. The parking situation could also be improved, making it inconvenient for hotel guests. Overall, I wouldn't rush back despite the decent quality of the room.
I had a really mixed experience at Maidstone Village. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. However, the incident with the altercation during our stay really impacted our experience and our night was anything but restful. The breakfast quality also left something to be desired, which was disappointing compared to my previous experiences with Village hotels.
